Tasted kinda sweet after blanching the spinach in hot water. Used it in the baked pasta, and enjoyed it a lot. In place of the old spinach plants, I’ve planted new seeds. Hopefully there’s enough nutrition in the soil so I can get similar or better quality harvest.
